Service Rates
Just U Concierge Services is the ultimate lifestyle choice. Customize a plan to make sure the help you need is always there for you. We can build a customized lifestyle package to suit your needs.
When choosing excursion services, charges are negotiable, depending on length of the trip.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
We take cash, postal money orders, certified checks, and Pay Pal, CashApp or Venmo.
Consulting charges: depend on what, where, and when the service is requested, with a two-hour minimum, and charged in a 30-minute interval, adjusted according to the service request.
Specials
Purchase a 10-hour A La Carte service, Monthly Subscription, Yearly Retainer Service Package, and receive special customer loyalty bonuses.
Refer a new client, and once they enter into a contract with Just U Concierge – for the referral you receive 50% off your next Just U Concierge service. Seniors 65+ and military families will receive a 10% discount.

VIP Membership Package
Become a VIP Member and enjoy discounts and special Members Only services. Sign up for a monthly or yearly VIP membership and receive a vast array of benefits and services. A monthly or yearly VIP Membership guarantees a 24/7 on- call Personal Assistant.

Concierge Account Membership Package
Members who open a Concierge Account will receive a 10% discount on a number of services.
Membership options are customized for each client, and provide unique benefits. Open a Concierge Account and retain a minimum balance that will be used to fund services and related fees. Monthly balance in your account roll over each month. Concierge Accounts are never forfeited!!

A La Carte Membership Package
Just U Concierge Services' menu can be accessed with no membership fees or account requirements. These are “pay as you go” services, with a two-hour minimum.
Contact us by telephone, text or email, and we will provide the service you need, and bill you. Our pricing rates are charged per hour, with a two-hour minimum. All additional time will be billed by the half hour.

Policies, Terms and Conditions
Decide whether you would like to use our VIP Membership Package, Concierge Account Package or access our services A La Carte.
Start using Just U Concierge Services by submitting your request by telephone, text, email or website. Payment arrangements will be discussed upon agreement. Payment for services will be due upon completion or hours will be deducted from monthly membership accounts. Rates do not include cost of third-party goods and services obtained on behalf of the client.
All information regarding clients of Just U Concierge Services is held in the strictest confidence, and is not shared with anyone. A 24-hour notice is requested on services before final delivery date is arranged. Same-day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows, and for an additional fee. Services outside the general service area are subject to rate surcharges. All services will be performed by a Just U Consultant as efficiently and safely as possible. Your Just U Consultant reserves the right of refusal to participate in activities deemed dangerous, illegal, or unethical.
